WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN?

You have a 14 days after reception of your order to make a request of return.

To make a return, please write to us at contact@secondemain-brand.com with “RETURN + ORDER NUMBER” in the subject line and attach a copy of your proof of purchase so that we can assist you in the process of returning your items.

All our items are unique and cannot be replaced once the return is completed.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF REFUND?

The returned pieces must not have been worn and must be sent back exactly in the same way as they were received: in their textile pocket, with the corresponding labels and not cut off (composition, branding, hangtag with bar code), without that we will not be able to identify your product which is a unique piece, and therefore will not be able to make the refund. SECOND MAIN can refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

If you are outside Europe, you will have to pay your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Count approximately 10 working days after reception of your return so that our service treats your request for refunding, this one will be made to the bank account which carried out the payment of the order.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?

If you have not received the piece that you ordered, or if a piece is missing from your order, we invite you to write to us at contact@secondemain-brand.com, and mention in the subject line of your email “ORDER ERROR” so that we will treat your request as a priority.
